The final product is second to none, and the price competitive. – How would you describe our performance overall?
Sometimes I feel the communication with customers could be better. For example when I booked the work I wasn't sure when the work would be complete or exactly how much it was going to cost. I am a regular customer and rate them highly, but new customers could be discouraged. – Is there anything we could improve on?
